Classroom Silence
You took my predicament, and turned it around, you tried to seem funny, witty and profound. But all you care about is pleasing the masses, whilest you stand in front of your classes. With every moment, your pockets grow fatter, and I sit alone, growing as mad as a hatter. I'll sit here, feeling bored and looking dumb, until something beckons me, and I'll begin to succumb. This nullness wraps itself 'round my limbs, and I notice my mind slowly starts to thin. Wasting away, my skull begins to dissolve. "I DON'T WANT TO GO!" I shout, so this riddle I must solve. My thoughts I recall, and now I start to fall, but my mind grows stable, and my limbs are now able. Patiently, I wait, awaiting my fate, and in an instant it's over. The fall has ceased. My soul 'twas leased, but now it's re-sold. I tried to exercise my mind, only to find naught but cold. Cold air, like a piercing stare, freezing all motion, locking me up. And with an exhale as silent as a gun, I was done.
